再次有兩個結局.... 其實有三個結局先啱 ﹣
壞結局 A：主角逃出，發現奈奈正在自殺，但為時已晚，最後一刻記憶回籠，卻唔記得眼前人是誰，但眼激停不了
壞結局 B：主角逃出前發現當日意外時，打暈自己的人就係奈奈，事實上主角女友另有其人。奈奈目的就係趕走主角的真正女友，但發現自己唔可以再呃自己去扮主角既女友，覺得對佢唔住。最後主角都係要去試吓阻止奈奈自殺。同樣地奈奈死了，主角記憶番來了，但忘了奈奈是誰
好結局：主角發現當日打暈自己既就係奈奈，內心掙扎完發覺自己最愛都係奈奈，成功阻止自殺，大團圓結局

壞結局 A：完成 15 後，取鎖匙，直接走出去
壞結局 B：取鎖匙，去之前打破了的長鏡對下一格櫃試用鎖匙，發現打不開，用鐵錘打彎鎖匙，打開了櫃，見紀念冊，記起真正女友不是奈奈。用鐵錘弄直回鎖匙，出去大門....
好結局：壞結局 B 中，看完紀念冊，弄直回鎖匙，去大門前到女石像手上取回黄色介指，才去大門離開
